So how does it work?

 
  • Click the link at the bottom of this page to schedule a 5-10 minute phone consultation. An associate will contact you within 24 hours in order to find out more about your property.

  • The property visit will take aproximately 30-45 minutes. During the visit we will walk the interior and exterior of the property to get a feel for the condition of the property. We will bring with us some comparable properties that have sold recently in your immediate area. Based on those comparables, we will work together to choose the right price to list your property at.

  • After the listing information has been finalized, we will schedule a time for professional photos to be taken of your property. A picture is worth a thousand words! It is important that your property stands out amongst the rest in order to get the highest possible price. The photography will include still shots and an immersive 3D tour. All of this is done at NO COST TO YOU!

  • Once your property is active on the market, we will begin our marketing strategy. The marketing is comprised of both active marketing. We utilize different methods to get your property in front of the largest audience possible. These methods include online advertising, targeted flyer's and an open house. These three pillars have proven to be successful time and time again.
